Chord

Turns one played note into a configurable chord before it reaches a pitched generator.

Detailed explanation
Turns one played note into a configurable chord before it reaches a pitched generator.

The Chord node is an auxiliary controller. Connect it to the same ARP input used by the Arpeggiator on Oscillator or FM Mod, then select the generator and play one note to trigger the expanded chord.

It can share that input with an Arpeggiator. In that setup, the chord expansion feeds the arpeggiator so the generated chord tones become the note set used by the arp pattern.

Use the min and max note limits to keep generated chord tones inside a playable range. Notes above the maximum are folded down by octaves, and notes below the minimum are folded upward.

What to know
  • Shares the pitched generator ARP input with the Arpeggiator.
  • Offers common chord types and a note-count control.
  • Folds extreme chord tones into the configured min/max note range.
