Report Bugs and Request Features in Context

Support buttons on nodes, the sequencer, and workflow management open a thread with admins while preserving the original context.

Detailed explanation
Support buttons on nodes, the sequencer, and workflow management open a thread with admins while preserving the original context.

AudioFlow support requests are attached to the area where you open them. Select a node and use the message button in its action bar, switch to the sequencer and use the Sequencer support button, or open Workflows and use Workflow support.

Choose Bug report when something is broken, or Feature request when you want a new capability. Add a short title and message, then send it to create a thread with the admin team.

Your threads live in Dashboard > Support. Admins see the same conversations in Dashboard > Requests, can ask for more information, and can mark a request as open, needing info, or resolved. New-message badges appear in both dashboards, and each message shows whether the other side has read it.

What to know
  • Node requests include the selected node as context.
  • Sequencer and workflow-management requests use their own dedicated context.
  • Replies stay in a dashboard thread with unread indicators and read receipts.
