Share and Discover Workflows

The community area lets signed-in users publish saved workflows with descriptions, categories, and tags.

Detailed explanation
The community area lets signed-in users publish saved workflows with descriptions, categories, and tags.

Open Dashboard, find a saved workflow, and use the share action to publish it with a title, description, category, and comma-separated tags. Shared workflows show a highlighted share icon; opening that action again lets you edit the community details, update the shared version, or remove the post from the community.

A shared workflow keeps the version you published. If you keep editing the saved workflow afterward and want the community version to include those changes, return to Dashboard > My Workflows, open the share action for that workflow, and update the share.

The Community page shows a compact workflow list. Visitors see public picks, while signed-in users can browse all shared workflows. Use search, category filters, tag filters, and sorting by newest or most starred to find interesting patches.

Opening a workflow from the community list takes you to its post page with the description, stars, comments, and the button that loads the workflow as an unsaved draft. Signed-in users can star posts, add comments, and vote comments up or down. Comment authors can edit or delete their own comments, and admins or moderators can manage comments when needed.

What to know
  • Community posts use the saved version you chose to share.
  • Edits made after sharing stay private until the author updates the shared version from Dashboard > My Workflows.
  • The community list is optimized for quick browsing and shows one compact row per workflow.
  • Only signed-in users can participate with stars or comments.
  • Categories and tags help other users discover the workflow.
  • Removing a community share does not delete the saved workflow from your account.
  • Deleting a saved workflow also removes its community post, comments, and comment votes.
