Drum Machine
A large performance-oriented node with sample slots, banks, pages, rate controls, and step sequencing.
The Drum Machine node bundles drum sample management and pattern programming into the graph itself. Each page has its own bank selection and pattern length, which makes it suitable for building variations quickly.
To program a beat, add Drum Machine to the graph, connect its output to the audio chain, choose a page and bank, then toggle steps in the grid for the sample slots you want to hear. Use slot controls to browse stored samples, preview, clear, mute, solo, upload, or retune individual sounds.
When the beat is playing, choosing another page queues the change until the current bank finishes, so the next variation lands cleanly on the following bank.
You can load custom audio into sample slots before signing in. To keep those custom sounds with a saved workflow, sign in and save the workflow after adding them.
It can preview samples, reuse locally stored samples, clear slots, upload custom audio, mute or solo slots, and sync its playback with the sequencer transport when needed.
- • Ships with preloaded 808-style sample content for a fast start.
- • Supports eight pages, multiple pattern banks, and rate presets.
- • Can run with transport integration or as its own rhythmic source.
Pages and Banks
Organize multiple patterns and switch between A/B/C/D banks.
Sample Slots
Browse stored samples, preview, clear, upload, mute, solo, and retune individual drum sounds.
Rate / Pattern Length
Shape rhythmic density and how many banks take part in the loop.
