Save, Export, Import, and Recall Workflows

AudioFlow can save, export, import, and reopen named workflows.

Detailed explanation
AudioFlow can save, export, import, and reopen named workflows.

AudioFlow keeps your current patch available while you work and can save named workflows for signed-in users. Export and import let you move patches between sessions, machines, or collaborators.

To save a named workflow, open the Workflows panel in the sidebar, type a name in the workflow name field, then click Save. If the workflow already has a name, Save updates that existing entry.

To export, click Export in the Workflows panel and keep the downloaded workflow file. To import, drop a workflow file onto the import area or click that area to choose a file; if there are unsaved changes, choose whether to save first, load anyway, or cancel.

When a workflow already has a name, saving updates its content. You can also export the active workflow as a file, archive it externally, and import it back later when you want to restore or share the patch.

What to know
  • Naming workflows makes your saved projects much easier to revisit later.
  • Export creates a portable backup and sharing file.
  • Import replaces the current active workflow with the selected file contents.
